Order Processing/Shipping Terms |

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. If an item is not in stock, an email will be sent to the customer within 24 hours, including a new expected ship date. The customer can either decline the order by replying to the email, or wait for merchandise until the expected ship date. UPS shipping charges are not included in the part pricing. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout stage of an order. UPS next day service is available, but the 2-3 day processing time will still be applicable. The order would be shipped on the 3rd or 4th business day for UPS next day service. |

Return Policy |

Returns can be arranged by e-mailing contact@stainlesssteelstock.com for a return authorization number. Please include your name, address, phone number, and order number in the email. Merchandise returned without our consent will not be accepted. Requests for return must be made within 14 days after receipt of shipment. Stainless Steel Stock will assign a number for an approved return, which must appear on both the Customer’s shipping container and debit memo. All unauthorized returns will be sent back to Buyer at Buyer’s expense. Return shipments must be pre-paid and shipped in accordance with the instructions set forth on the return authorization form. A restocking charge of 25% will be made on returned goods unless defective or thru error on our part. |
